Therapy is an individualized experience, and your needs can change over time.
My therapy rates are designed to be the most affordable during the times when you need the most support.
I also offer therapeutic programs that provide great value and a clear path toward your goals.
One 60-minute session
When you need a check-in or have a specific issue to discuss, schedule a single session.
2-3x/month
When you are actively making progress and want regular support to stay on track, we can meet every other week, totaling two to three times per month.
4-5x/month
When you are just getting started, in a rough patch, or you’re simply ready to buckle down and do a lot of work, I recommend that we meet weekly, which works out to four to five times per month.

In-Network Therapy Rates
Currently accepting Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and UHC/Optum.
Your copays will be determined by your insurance plan. The information below about out-of-network rates and special rates will not apply if you are utilizing your insurance coverage, except that you are eligible to use your HSA/FSA to cover your copays.

In most cases, needing more than 5 sessions per month indicates that your current support needs are greater than the outpatient care I can provide. Click here for more info and recommendations.
There is no monthly commitment. The session cost reflects the rate that will be charged at each session. The total cost is listed for financial planning purposes.
If you need help now, please do not delay seeking care until next month. If your first session is on or after the 15th, your sessions from this month will be counted toward next month’s sessions.
Special Rates
It is important to know that therapy sessions are a qualified medical expense for HSA and FSA. The median-income household can save 18% by paying for therapy with tax-free dollars. Depending on your income and tax rate, your savings may be even higher.
I am proud to offer a 10% discount for educational professionals, helping professionals, active duty military and veterans, first responders, self-employed individuals, and their spouses.
Sliding scale: I am able to offer up to a 25% reduction from my standard rates for up to 6 months if you qualify due to financial circumstances. Please contact me to discuss.
Higher Level of Care
If you suspect that you need more than 5 sessions of therapy per month, I recommend exploring intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) providers who may better fit your needs at this time. You can call the crisis hotline at 9-8-8 for immediate assistance finding an intensive program, or search a therapy directory like PsychologyToday.com for providers who specialize in DBT. Please keep me in mind to support you in a future stage of your journey.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy 10-session program
Enhance your parenting skills and your understanding of your child through the language of play.
$1500 for 10-session individual program
$850 for 10-session group program (when available)
Up to two caregivers may attend per registration, as long as there is no significant conflict between the caregivers at this time.
Prepare-Enrich 8-session program
Learn more about yourself and your partner through a structured assessment, then dive deeper into those important topics. We’ll explore your existing strengths as well as new tools for improved communication, conflict resolution, and relationship roles.
$150 per session (3 to 8 sessions recommended)
$650 for 8-session group program (when available)
This program is designed for couples in a committed relationship, regardless of whether you have plans to marry or even if you have been married for years.
For couples who would like to complete this program as a premarital course:
I am a registered service provider for “Twogether in Texas.” If you present your certificate of completion to the county clerk, the $60 portion of the state marriage license fee will be waived. See TwogetherinTexas.com for details.
